Let's be real: Which man actually thinks condoms are good? Probably hardly any. Even our company founder, Jan Vinzenz Krause, has not enjoyed them. There are only standard sizes in the drugstore. The condom is somehow an annoying duty to protect oneself and the partner from transmissible diseases, to prevent unwanted pregnancy - but generally the good old rubber is considered a passion killer. Sad state of affairs. So at Vinergy, we set out to find the perfect-fitting condom without limiting the pleasure experience. The result of our search is MISTER SIZE.
This is how Mister Size came into being
It all started with a thought: Why do we actually wear shoes in the right size but not condoms? For Jan Vinzenz Krause, the inventor of MISTER SIZE, everything has always had to fit well. And that's how it should be with condoms, too. The idea was born: condoms in the right size!
2001 - First online store with condom finder
In 2001 Jan founded the online store Vinico, which still helps condom users to find the right condom via the condom finder.
The online store for suitable condoms quickly became known in Germany. Numerous media reports (e.g. in Focus, Men's Health) and media appearances such as on Kai Pflaume contributed to its popularity in Germany. Jan gained ambassadors for the topic by collaborating with Bravo, ProFamilia or even the American sex researcher David Schnarch. At the same time, the way of getting people interested in the topic became more and more sophisticated. For example, measurement tools such as the Condom Sizer were created, with which men can easily determine their size. The vision to convince as many people as possible worldwide to use fitting condoms became more and more concrete.
2008 - Development of the first size condoms
In 2008, the aspiration of the perfectly fitting condom became reality: In Axel Roth (R&S Consumer Goods GmbH), the experienced condom manufacturer, Jan met the business partner and manufacturer who shared the idea with him and had MY.SIZE produced in the highest quality and in 7 condom sizes. My.Size was not only distributed in our online store Vinico, but we also had the exclusive distribution rights for My.Size in Germany and some other countries until the end of 2020.
2019 - Further development to Mister Size
That condoms should fit perfectly was now no longer enough for Jan. The claim that sex with a condom is as good as without a condom has made Jan continue to tinker with even better condoms. for his project, Jan was able to win over the world's largest condom manufacturer Karex. Karex claims to be a pioneer in the condom market in terms of development and quality as well as sustainability and produces condoms for well-known condom brands worldwide. The right partner, therefore, to have the best possible condoms developed.
Countless discussions with customers and retailers were instrumental in the creation of MISTER SIZE condoms, which were launched in 2019. In MISTER SIZE are 20 years of experience with size condoms and all our passion! MISTER SIZE not only comes in 7 sizes, but it is also wonderfully true to feel.
